Our History

Founded in 2011 with a singular vision for high-performance trading infrastructure, HPR’s initial offering was Riskbot®, a hardware-based solution for pre-trade risk management responding to newly enacted restrictions on unprotected access to markets.

Today, HPR offers a wide range of capital markets infrastructure, supporting multiple global banks and over 200 trading firms. These solutions handle over 17 billion executed shares on average, per day across more than 100 global trading venues in 20 countries, spanning market access, data delivery, exchange technology and trading risk management.
